Benefits of becoming a member at RLIM
The following membership benefits are not constitutional and they may change at any time depending on circumstance and ability:
- Qualified members may be eligible to be employed by RLIM when vacancies are presented.
Members may receive help during difficult times as those situations will be assessed and approved by leadership. Such incidents as accident, fire, theft and robbery, natural disasters, some type of illness, bankruptcy or severe poverty, and other situation as will be assessed by leaders, may be considered.
If the financial position of the ministry allows, qualified candidates may receive loans without collateral to be paid back with an interest. This is a win – win situation both for members and for the ministry.
Members may benefit from using RLIM as reference on application for jobs, leadership positions, advanced study opportunities abroad and locally, mission trips etc.
RLIM can facilitate an environment for members to exercise and use their God given talents, gifts, and callings. Members will be challenged and equipped to utilize their full potential to fulfill their purpose here on earth. Sometimes members may get free admission to our programs, as the leadership team will assess it.
Members will benefit from becoming part of a forceful team that genuinely care for each other and for others as well. Every member of RLIM is important and whenever they need us we will all respond and handle the situation
